Client came to us after a failure to secure the proper architect for an exclusive property on the corner lot. Their goal was to design a home that reflected the character, style, and architecture of the older homes in the established neighborhood but with modern updated materials and modern-day floor plans. Large open rooms on the main floor, modern-day conveniences, and luxury upstairs that serve the personality and lifestyle of the homeowner. The beautiful design includes an in-law suite above the garage, a yoga studio in the basement and the iconic feature: a covered balcony on the second floor overlooking Baker Park.
