Our team purchased this home that no one wanted and created a home that would become one that everyone would love to own. A tight footprint and light lot constraints created unique challenges. The house was transformed into a large beach house that would accommodate more than twenty people and feature three master suites. The ability to successfully work with local tradesmen and contractors improved the final look and feel of this home.
