This home sits on a very wide, but very narrow lot. The challenge was to create a floor plan that was wide but not deep while still creating an iconic waterfront home. We designed the home to give the illusion that you were living on water because of the proximity to the bulkhead. This home includes many unique facets that make it one of the most easily recognizable homes in the neighborhood.

He put so much thought into the design, we live on the water, and every room has an amazing view! He listened to us, got to know us, and made sure that we had everything that we wanted and more!
