This house sits on a tight lot with sloping land on both sides. It contains four bedrooms on the top floor and a large entertaining kitchen that opens to the family room for plenty of space for family and friends. The lower level opens to the water and has become the central hub of their home. Beautiful outdoor living space, excellent views, and extraordinarily little wasted space.

In our case, Jonathan’s rendering and design were precisely what we had wanted and ultimately what we now call ‘home’. What we hadn’t anticipated, however, is the level of support, expertise, and attention to detail Jonathan and his team provided throughout the permitting, mobilization, and construction phases.
