This small farmette in Anne Arundel County was a property that the owner admired while growing up. They wanted a design that especially suited their family. A key element of this home is an open office overlooking the living room, kitchen, and family room. The house also opens up to the pool in the backyard. With a working copula, this is one of the most unique homes we have ever designed.

The process of building a home can be overwhelming. Working with Jonathan made it much easier. On more than one occasion, he reminded us of what he heard us say was important to us, presenting decisions during the build from missing the mark. His skill and professionalism, combined with the fact that he is a delightful human being, made the building process exciting and every interaction enjoyable!
